SHOULD I HIRE A PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP ARTIST FOR MY WEDDING DAY?
It is very important to hire a professional hair and makeup artist for your wedding day. A professional hair and makeup artist will make sure that your hair and makeup will last all day and photograph beautifully. Your wedding day is not a good day to risk doing your own makeup, or having a friend do it. Only a professionally trained artist will ensure that you will look and feel your absolute best on this very important day that you will remember in your thoughts and photographs for years to come.
WHY SHOULD I HIRE MILLIONAIRE BRIDES CLUB (MBC) FOR MY WEDDING?
First of all, hiring a professional hair and makeup company that you can rely on will give you the peace of mind on your wedding day. We hear too many sad stories about individual freelance artists falling through. We guarantee that this won’t happen! You will sign a contract that ensures you are locked in for your big day.
Secondly, our artists are all professionally trained in bridal beauty and have served over 500 weddings (see some of our works for brides here) within the Dallas, Fort Worth and North Texas. We know what looks best on camera and what will last through sweat and tears.
Lastly, you won’t find a more fun team to hang out with on your big day. We are friendly, humble and respectful to all of our clients. We love weddings and have a blast being a part of the experience!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MILLIONAIRE BRIDES CLUB?
We start booking up for the wedding season (May through September) up to 18 months in advance. However, if you are in a pinch, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
HOW DO I BOOK MY HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICE?
All of our bridal service bookings are treated with a little extra TLC. Please send your message to our manager directly through this site. See our contact page for more information. We do our best to respond within 24 hours.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY HAIR AND MAKEUP TRIAL?
Trial Runs should be booked 4-6 weeks in advance. We recommend booking your trial on a special day, so that you can show off your beautiful look. Many brides will book it on the day of their bridal shower, engagement shoot or bachelorette party.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY TRIAL RUN?
The bride’s hair should be clean and completely dry (washed the night before) in order to have the hair set properly. Brides should moisturize their skin prior to the Trial Run; this will enable the makeup to go on smoother and last longer. Please do not wax your brows or receive a facial closer than 5 days prior to the event.
HOW LONG DOES THE TRIAL RUN LAST?
The bride should give herself an average of 2 hours to ensure she receives exactly what she is looking for.
WHAT IS INVOLVED IN A TRIAL RUN?
We take wedding Trial Runs very seriously. The bride will discuss different looks and the details of her wedding with the artists and will receive a complete makeup and hair service in our private bridal suite located in our studio in North Richland Hills, with complimentary champagne. Please bring your veil and headpiece if you have purchased it. We also recommend that the bride to bring in photos of makeup and hair ideas for the wedding day.
IS A DEPOSIT/RETAINER OR CONTRACT REQUIRED TO HOLD MY WEDDING DATE?
Yes, a signed bridal contract and a 20% retainer from the total amount due on your wedding day are required in order to reserve your date. Be advised that no date will be reserved until the contract has been signed and the retainer has been paid. The retainer will be put towards your final bill and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM?
There is a $400 minimum for all SATURDAY wedding bookings. If your wedding day services do not add up to $400, but you would still like to book, you still can at that base rate. Please, inquire for a bridal brochure with more information on rates and services offered.
WHAT BRANDS OF MAKEUP AND HAIR PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
All of the hair and makeup products that we use are Professional Brands that were designed to give long lasting results and photograph beautifully. They are bought through professional retailers and are not brands that you will typically find in the stores. Please contact us if you would like more information on brands carried.
I DON'T WEAR A LOT OF MAKEUP, BUT I STILL WANT TO LOOK BEAUTIFUL ON MY WEDDING DAY. SHOULD I HIRE A PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP ARTIST?
Absolutely! You don't have to wear a lot of makeup on your wedding day to look beautiful, it just needs to be applied correctly and with the appropriate products. If you don't want to look too "made up" for your wedding, we can give you a very soft, natural bridal look. It is most important on this day that your makeup lasts, looks great in photographs, makes you feel beautiful and is applied flawlessly to make you feel and look your best on this very special day.
DO YOU PROVIDE ON-SITE SERVICES?
Yes, we do! Why worry about getting yourself and all of your party shuffled around and off to the church on time when we can come to you?! All wedding day services are all done on-site and bridal previews can be done either in studio or on-site. We can come to the church, hotel, your home, or wherever you are most comfortable and is the most convenient for you and your wedding party!
DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICES FOR LARGE PARTIES?
Yes, we can accommodate as many bridesmaids/attendants as needed. We will bring along as many professional stylists on our team as needed.
ABOUT HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO DO EACH SERVICE?
BRIDE - MAKEUP: 60 MINUTES, HAIR: 60 MINUTES
BRIDESMAIDS/MOMS/OTHER- MAKEUP: 35-45 MINUTES, HAIR: 30-45 MINUTES
These are approximate times, and additional time may still need to be added into wedding day timelines.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY WEDDING DAY HAIR AND MAKEUP?
Have everyone in the bridal party arrive with clean OR 1 day dirty, dry hair and clean moisturized skin compatible for fresh makeup. We recommend avoiding anything over 8 SPF to avoid the “white face” look in photos. On the day of, wear a robe or button down shirt so that your hair will stay in place, and sit back, relax, and enjoy the pampering before you walk down the aisle.
